According to Ukraine’s interior ministry, as many as 352 Ukrainian civilians, including 14 children, have been killed in Russia's invasion and tens of thousands are fleeing the war zone, with most crossing into Poland as the total count reaches 400,000. Russia invades Ukraine: Conflict in photos

Russian troops launched a wide-ranging attack on Ukraine on Thursday, as President Vladimir Putin cast aside international condemnation and sanctions and warned other countries that any attempt to interfere would lead to “consequences you have never seen.”  The Russian military claimed to have wiped out Ukraine’s entire air defenses in a matter of hours. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said 137 civilians and military personnel have been killed so far in the Russian invasion of his country.
