At SDRF Headquarters in Srinagar, a twelve-day disaster management training program was initiated for 'Aapda Mitra' volunteers. It was initiated by the Department of Disaster Management and the Jammu and Kashmir State Disaster Response Force (SDRF). The event was part of the 'Up-Scaling of Aapda Mitra Scheme'.
