Gopinath Munde had dragged MCA to court after his nomination for the president&rsquo;s post was rejected by them. Munde had also prayed that Pawar should not take charge and be disallowed from discharging his functions as MCA president. Senior Bhartiya Janata Party leader Munde&rsquo;s nomination was rejected by MCA on the basis of his permanent residential status. Although Munde has a residence in Mumbai, the address on his electoral registration was Beed. &ldquo;In the High Court and Supreme Court, the electoral address is the most important criteria to ascertain permanent residency,&rdquo; Khandeparker said. The case will now be heard in a lower court soon with a a final verdict expected within 90 days.u00a0
