“The participation of Mr N Srinivasan in this meeting as a representative of TNCA is totally wrong and (in) violation of the Hon’ble Supreme Court order dated 23-3-2014, 16-5-2014 and 1-9-2014,” Verma said in a statement.

“In his order Hon’ble court clearly said that Srinivasan will not attend in any day-to-day affairs of BCCI till the probe concluded. But today, BCCI headed by Mr Shivlal Yadav has clearly violated the order of Hon’ble Supreme Court. Being a petitioner I will raise this question in front of the Supreme Court when my IA will be heard on 10-10-2014,” he added.

Other major decisions at the AGM
. Felicitation of N Srinivasan on his appointment as the Chairman of ICC for two years.

. Approval of the annual accounts for the previous financial year.

. Limiting India 'A' teams to Under-23 players.

. Formation of a committee to assess the damage caused to cricketing infrastructure due to floods in Jammu & Kashmir.
