Unprecedented security arrangements have been made for the Indian Premier League's (IPL) two semi-finals and the final match to be held at the D.Y. Patil Sports Stadium in Navi Mumbai this week, a top police official said Monday.

"Patrons wishing to attend the matches will not be allowed to carry anything inside the stadium, including bags, mobile phone or water bottles," Director-General of Police A.N. Roy told mediapersons Monday afternoon.
