Former India cricketer Virender Sehwag took a humourous dig at his wife Aarti for not making it to his India teammate Sachin Tendulkar's special screening of his biopic, Sachin: A Billion Dreams.
Tendulkar had invited many current and former India cricketers on Wednesday, which Sehwag missed.
On Thursday, Sehwag tweeted, "Godji invited for #SachinPremiere ,but Biwi ji took me away to a holiday. Godji toh prasad chadake maan jaate hain,but Biwi ji kahaan maanti. (Gods can be convinced if you give them offerings, but not wives.)"
Meanwhile, Tendulkar's biopic was declared tax-free in Maharashtra yesterday.
