Cash-strapped state units file affidavits to accept Lodha Committee reforms

With the Supreme Court-appointed Committee of Administrators (COA) not releasing any funds to state cricket associations which haven't yet adopted the Lodha Committee report, state units in dire financial needs have filed affidavits agreeing to comply with the Supreme Court order of July 18 last year. Sources in the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) confirmed receiving several affidavits from numerous state units, mostly smaller ones, wherein they are ready to comply with the Lodha recommendations.
