Batting legend Sachin Tendulkar yesterday condemned the Taliban attack on an army-run school in Peshawar (Pakistan) that killed over 100 children on Tuesday.

"When I saw the news on TV, my heart sank. I was extremely shocked. I felt very sad," said Tendulkar on the sidelines of an exhibition by 10 artists titled 'Deconstructed Innings' — a tribute to his glittering cricketing life and career held at the National Gallery of Modern Art yesterday.
