Shahid Afridi blasted his second century of the tournament as Pakistan crushed Bangladesh by 139 runs in an inconsequential Asia Cup match yesterday. Riding on skipper Afridi's 124 of 60 balls that included 17 fours and four sixes, Pakistan raised a mammoth 385 for seven in 50 overs, before restricting Bangladesh to 246 for five. The other talking point of the game was the controversial run-out of Pakistan batsman Umar Amin (22 runs). Amin completed an easy single in the 22nd over with Pakistan coasting at 135 for 1, but was run-out by bowler Mahmudullah, after grounding his bat when he started to walk across the stumps to take up his position at the non-striker's end. Coach Waqar Younis said it was sad his innings had ended in that manner. "I mean he was out, if you open the law book, he's out, but the way whole thing happened, it feels sometimes it was sad," Younis said. "He's a youngster, he's talented, he needed time out there. He looked very good, but it's just unfortunate."
