As the Asia Cup 2025 is just a few days away, Team India skipper Suryakumar Yadav has geared up to engage in the continental tournament. So far, the right-hander has featured in 83 T20Is and has scored 2598 runs, including four boundaries and 21 half-centuries
Shubman Gill, who has been appointed as Suryakumar's deputy, even he has hit the nets. He has donned the Indian colours on 21 occasions in T20Is and has accumulated 578 runs. He also has a century and three half-centuries to his name
The tournament also awaits Abhishek Sharma. He has so far played 17 T20I matches, in which he has scored 535 runs. The left-hander has scored two tons and the same number of half-centuries
Tilak Varma was also seen during the net session. So far, the swashbuckling left-hander has featured in 25 T20Is and has garnered 749 runs, including two centuries and three half-centuries
Sanju Samson, with whom Jitesh Sharma has been in he race for the wicket-keeper's slot in the Asia Cup 2025, also made his appearance. With impressive wicket-keeping technique and stunning display with the willow, the right-hander has scored 861 runs in 42 appearances for India
