Shubman Gill will be the key if GT are to win IPL 2026. The Indian test and ODI skipper played a big part in GT's win in 2022 and the run to the final in 2023, and will hope for another big season with the bat and captaincy.

Gujarat Titans finished third in the group stage last year but lost to the Mumbai Indians in the eliminator. GT finished on 18 points with 9 wins and 5 losses during the group stage.
GT have not reached the IPL final since 2023, when they lost to CSK in Ahmedabad. Since then, Hardik Pandya has joined the Mumbai Indians, and Shubman Gill has taken over as the franchise captain.
With a deep batting line-up and Indian star bowlers like Mohammed Siraj and Prasidh Krishna, the Gujarat Titans will start as one of the favourites for the IPL title this season.
