In the first ODI match against Namibia, South Africa's debutant Jordan Hermann played a knock of 150 runs off 126 deliveries. His knock was laced with 17 boundaries and three maximums

With this, he equalled the record for the highest score by a batsman on ODI debut

During his stunning knock, Hermann displayed extraordinary strokes and matched the mark set by teammate Matthew Breetzke last year, who also scored 150 on his ODI debut

The 24-year-old continued his assault, blazing his way from 100 to 150 in another 32 balls to become only the second batter to score 150 on ODI debut

Riding on his knock, the Proteas posted a total of 348 runs for the loss of six wickets in 50 overs at the Namibia Cricket Ground in Windhoek
