London: Wolfsburg have admitted that negotiations to sign Chelsea winger Andre Schurrle have stalled.

Wolfsburg have revealed that Chelsea have not accepted their bid for Schurrle and have warned Jose Mourinho's men that time is running out to complete a deal, with the winter window set to close today.
