London: Jose Mourinho is working hard to ensure Chelsea&rsquo;s impressive unbeaten run does not breed complacency within the squad, according to Oscar.

The Blues travel north to Newcastle today having equalled a club record of 23 games unbeaten in all competitions on Wednesday and will break new ground should they avoid defeat at St James&rsquo; Park.&nbsp;They also enjoy a six-point lead at the top of the Premier League heading into the frantic festive period.
Despite his team&rsquo;s excellent form, Mourinho has repeatedly insisted that matching Arsenal&rsquo;s legendary &lsquo;Invincibles&rsquo; and going the entire league campaign unbeaten is &ldquo;impossible&rdquo;.&nbsp;And while Oscar admits avoiding defeat is never far from his thoughts, he reveals his manager always goes to great lengths to stress the need for focus from his players.
&ldquo;The unbeaten run is on our minds,&rdquo; the Brazilian told reporters. &ldquo;But the team just starts again every time and plays for a win, and if we win or if we draw it is okay. What is important is that we don&rsquo;t lose.
&ldquo;Of course, we feel confident because we are not losing games. So you start confidently, but we need to continue like this. The manager speaks before every game and he tells us not to be too confident. Mourinho speaks before the games and makes sure our feet stay on the floor.&rdquo;
