London: Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain both face substantial punishments for failing to comply with UEFA's Financial Fair Play (FFP) rules, British newspaper the Daily Telegraph reported on Tuesday.

The paper said that City faced a "huge" penalty for breaching the regulations, which were introduced by European governing body UEFA to prevent clubs from spending beyond their means.
