Hockey Dadar encountered some anxious moments, beating Customs 6-5 via tie-breaker to win the Willingdon Catholic Gymkhana rink fockey tournament for the Late Victor D'Mello Memorial Trophy yesterday. In a tense finale, Hockey Dadar rallied from 0-3 to level things at 3-3.

Jayesh Jadhav scored all three goals for Custome, while Vikram Singh scored twice for Hockey Dadar and Mosses Pullanthara added the third.



Former India captain Dhanraj Pillay, the chief guest for the final, awarded Hockey Dadar a cash prize of Rs 40,000, while Customs received Rs 20,000.
