Nicole Scherzinger, who ended her seven-year on-off relationship with Formula One ace Lewis Hamilton this February, says being spiritual has helped her overcome the spilt with the Mercedes driver.

"For me, what's helped me to get through this is I'm quite a spiritual person. It's grounded me, and I realise that I do have a great purpose in life. If relationships or people in your life are meant to be, then they will come back around, but that shouldn't be what's holding you back," said the 36-year-old pop singer.
