World Champion Viswanathan Anand was held to a draw by Armenia'su00a0 Levon Aronian at the half way stage of the fourth Bilbao Final Masters here.

Anand's third white in the tournament went in vain for the third time on the trot. The Indian ace has now slipped to joint third spot.
