Formula One boss Bernie Ecclestone, currently standing trial for paying a &pound;27.5 million bribe to a German banker, gets a whopping &pound;60 million a year from his former wife Slavica as part of their 2009 divorce.

The details were revealed in a 256-page indictment, which also show that Ecclestone has received &pound;300 million from his ex-wife since the split. The indictment reads: &ldquo;Since his divorce from his wife, the accused has received payments on the basis of the British decree nisi. The payments amount to around $100 million a year. The duration of the payments from the divorce decree is not known.&rdquo;
If convicted of bribery and incitement to breach of trust charges, the billionaire faces up to 10 years in prison.
