French Open increases prize money by 10 percent

Paris: This year's French Open will enjoy an increase in prize money of more than 10 percent over 2013, the French Tennis Federation said Tuesday.

The total money will be 25 million euros with the singles champions each earning 1.65 million euros -- 10 percent up on last year, reports Xinhua.
