Britain's World and Olympic long-jump champion Greg Rutherford's athletic skills are helping him excel in dance reality TV show Strictly Come Dancing.
In a recent episode of the show, 2012 London Games' gold medal-winning long jumper Rutherford (29), along with his professional dance partner Natalie Lowe performed some astonishing leaps and jumps while doing a jive routine and topped the scoring charts with their stunning performance.
In one particular move, Rutherford showed off his jumping ability by seamlessly leap-frogging over Natalie'e head and making a perfect landing amidst a huge applause from the judges and audience.
Interestingly, Rutherford nearly quit the show earlier on learning that he was one of the few non-dancers in the show's line-up. He admitted he left the first rehearsal mid-way and even called up his agent and girlfriend to try and drop out of the show.
