Pankaj Advani clinches World Billiards title, becomes 1st ever player to bag triple double

<p>India's most celebrated cueist Pankaj Advani clinched the World Billiards Championship (time format) title to bag a record 12th world crown and also complete a rare 'Grand Double' post his third win in both the long and short formats in the same year</p>

Leeds: Pankaj Advani outplayed England's Robert Hall 1928-893 in the final of the IBSF World Billiards championship (timed format) here Wednesday night to complete a grand double.
The 29-year-old, Bangalore-based Advani had won the title in the points format (150-up) last week.
