Indian badminton stars Kidambi Srikanth and PV Sindhu, who have qualified for the 2016 Rio Olympics, have started preparing to improve their chances of landing a medal.

The duo are in Mumbai for a week-long pilates session in Santacruz with fitness expert Sameer Purohit. Pilates is a form of exercise that helps muscle balance, core strengthening and stability, reduces stress and provides back pain relief.
