Mumbaikars will be able to travel in the 11.04 km Versova Andheri Ghatkopar metro rail corridor from Sunday morning.

Speaking to MiD DAY Mumbai Metro One Private Limited (MMOPL) CEO Abhay Mishra said," VAG Metro line will be operational for public from Sunday morning. "


Mumbai Metro VAG line

If the sources are to believed then the issue of what will be the metro fares has also been sorted out between MMOPL and MMRDA and the fares are expected to be minimum of Rs 10 and Maximum of Rs 40.

Total length: 11.04 km

Total stations: 11

Actual project cost when the contract was awarded: Rs 2356 crore

Present project cost- over: Rs 4200 crore

Train timings: Metro will from 5.00 am till midnight.
