It&rsquo;s almost expected now that at the end of every season, the city&rsquo;s restaurants will announce a new menu or a menu overhaul. So why are we walking into Otto Infinito &mdash; Bandra- Kurla Complex&rsquo;s best standalone restaurant to just that &mdash; check out a new menu? It&rsquo;s raining when we land up but the place is buzzing with diners. Given the crowd however, the service is quick and within 10 minutes of placing our order we get the first of our choices, the Roasted Tomato &amp; Pumpkin soup with grilled cheese ( R 275). It&rsquo;s hot, extremely well- blended and for someone who hates pumpkin, its remarkably tasty. The Aragula and Goat Cheese Tortellini ( R 475) disappoints because the portion is small and the Tortellini is not soft enough. We love the Panseared Harissa Basa ( R 450). It&rsquo;s finely herbed, tender and presented with great flamboyance. We wish the portions are larger though. About five forkfuls and it&rsquo;s over! The Black Pepper Roast Chicken ( R 475) passes our taste test too and we love the mash that comes with the well done roast. For desserts, we choose the Mango baked yoghurt with burnt chilly ( R 350) and the Saffron and pistachio cheese cake ( R 395). We don&rsquo;t quite fancy the burnt chilly flavour and while that could well be our individual taste, but the baked yoghurt itself is a bit of a let down. Ah, maybe we like our calories! The cheese cake is delightful and we leave Otto Infinito on a happy note. One word of caution though. One is better off ordering a mocktail or a lemonade here instead of water! A lemonade costs R 140 and a bottle of water R 130.
