Bollywood actor Salman Khan has sold one of his apartments in Bandra west in Mumbai. According to reports, the actor has sold the house for a sum of Rs 5.35 crore. The transaction was registered in July 2025.
The actor sold an apartment in Bandra West, Mumbai, for Rs. 5.35 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by real estate marketplace squareyards.com on the website of Inspector General of Registration (IGR).
According to property registration documents from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), reviewed by Square Yards, the apartment sold by Salman Khan is located in Shiv Asthan Heights. It has a built-up area of 122.45 sq. m. (~1,318 sq. ft.). The deal also includes three car parking spaces. The transaction incurred a stamp duty payment of Rs. 32.01 lakh and registration charges of Rs. 30,000.
Bandra West is recognized as one of Mumbai's most established and high-value real estate markets, offering a combination of premium residential and commercial properties. The locality comprises a mix of upscale apartments, heritage bungalows, and boutique commercial developments, attracting both end-users and investors. The area is well-connected through the Western Express Highway, Bandra railway station, and upcoming Metro lines, with proximity to major business districts such as Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Lower Parel, and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport.
Salman Khan is an Indian actor and producer who has been active since the 1990s. He has appeared in numerous films, including Sultan (2018), Bharat (2020), and Sikandar (2025), and has produced several movies such as Tubelight (2017) under the banner of Salman Khan Films. He is also the founder of the Being Human Foundation and actively contributes to various charitable causes.
He was last seen on screen in the film Sikandar. He is currently working on the film Battle of Galwan and has undergone intense physical transformation for the same.
Reliable sources tell mid-day that Khan has been following a strict fitness routine to achieve the look for his next, Battle of Galwan, in which he plays a soldier.
"He's been doing high-intensity interval training [HIIT] combined with volume sets, focusing on one muscle group per session, six days a week," says a source.
The source adds, "He trains without air conditioning or fans to trigger mild dehydration, and speed up fat and water loss. Each session lasts an hour and includes resistance work along with brisk outdoor cardio."
His diet has also been reworked. It now includes home-cooked meals focused on lean protein, vegetables and just one spoon of rice a day, while completely cutting out processed carbs and alcohol.
"He's completed a look test and photoshoot. Training will intensify further during the Ladakh schedule," the source concludes.
