This Women's Day, begin the morning with a promise of health and mindfulness as Shilpa Shetty leads a rejuvenating sunrise yoga session by the sea. Helmed by Ranjit Bindra, Bastian Hospitality's Bastian Wellness Club is celebrating the strength of womanhood with a special initiative on International Women's Day. Fitness enthusiast and co-founder of Bastian Hospitality, Shilpa Shetty, will conduct a complimentary yoga session at Juhu Beach.
Open to all, the session invites participants to bring their own mats and embrace a calming seaside practice. The yoga session will begin at 8:00 a.m. on March 8, offering a mindful and energising start to the day in a serene beachfront setting.
Following the public session, an intimate gathering of 50 guests, including HNIs and influencers, will be hosted at Bastian Beach. The event will feature curated hospitality by Ammakai and Blondie, with complimentary matcha and coffee served to attendees.

With this initiative, Bastian Hospitality marks its entry into the wellness space, expanding beyond food and dining to embrace a more holistic lifestyle offering. The move reflects the brand's evolving, lifestyle-driven philosophy, integrating fitness and well-being into its hospitality ecosystem.
In what could shape up to be an interesting on-screen pairing, Shilpa Shetty Kundra and Jackie Shroff are said to be in advanced talks to headline an Amazon Prime Video series. Sources indicate that the project is an eight-episode slice-of-life drama that explores urban relationships and second chances.
An industry insider told mid-day, "The idea is to mount an intimate show with strong writing, real locations, and minimal gloss. Both actors bring credibility and warmth, which is crucial for this world."
The script is said to be finalised, and the production team is currently conducting a recce in Mumbai and Pune. The unit plans to take the show on floors in March. The insider added, "A 60-day window has been carved out for principal photography. The team is waiting for a go-ahead from actors on the dates."
