In a bid to serve fresh content to fans of Sachin Tendulkar, who have been witness to many milestones of his life, makers of the cricketer's upcoming biopic browsed through 10,000 hours of footage.

Ravi Bhagchandka, producer

Producer Ravi Bhagchandka, whose non-fiction biographical drama, 'Sachin: A Billion Dreams', is set to release later this month, says, "We wanted to give viewers something that they would cherish forever. We have aimed at depicting elements from his childhood till his last match (November 16, 2013). Many of his videos, including those of crucial matches, milestones, and personal life, were scanned by the team as part of an extensive research. If we quantify that time, it would come to around 10,000 hours."

The film will showcase the 44-year-old icon's life without any fictionalisation, the producer promises.
