Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's father Krishnaraj Rai has who was in a critical condition passed away on Saturday at around 4 pm in Mumbai.
Krishnaraj Rai was admitted to Lilavati Hospital and was moved to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) after being hospitalised.
"Aishwarya's father Krishnaraj Rai passed away at the Lilavati Hospital in suburban Bandra," the publicist of the actress said.

Krishnaraj Rai is survived by his wife Vrinda, son Aditya Rai and daughter Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
