Actor Ayushmann Khurrana and his wife, author-filmmaker Tahira Kashyap, have extended a helping hand to the people affected by the devastating floods in Assam by contributing to the Assam Chief Minister's Flood Relief Fund. The couple's donation comes as relief and rehabilitation efforts continue across several flood-hit districts in the state.
The contribution is aimed at supporting families who have been impacted by the floods and helping ongoing relief operations on the ground. While the amount donated has not been disclosed, the gesture reflects the couple's continued commitment to humanitarian causes during times of crisis.
Ayushmann and Tahira said they wanted to do their bit to stand in solidarity with the people of Assam as the state recovers from one of its worst flood situations in recent years.
