National Award-winning director Aditya Dhar's latest cinematic outing, Dhurandhar: The Revenge, has been basking in praise since its release. However, the film has been facing technical trouble due to delays in the release of dubbed versions. While other languages have received clearance, a video from a Hyderabad theatre is doing the rounds where the Hindi version was played instead of Telugu, leading to a scuffle.

Fight breaks out at Hyderabad theatre

An Instagram user posted a video claiming that she had booked tickets at PVR in Next Galleria Mall in Punjagutta, Hyderabad. As the screening paused during the on-screen promo for Cocktail 2, audience members can be seen getting into a scuffle. She explained that the multiplex had sold tickets for both the Telugu and Hindi versions for the same screen.

She later posted another video claiming that the theatre played the Hindi version of the film despite selling tickets for the Telugu version. The audience can be seen arguing about which version should be played, as a woman is heard screaming, "But the Telugu version was booked first." Even as the Instagram user joked that she was having "fun", the police and theatre management can be seen trying to calm people down.

After the videos gained traction, one Instagram user joked, "Ask them to play the first half in Telugu and the second half in Hindi, simple." Another joked that she should have booked tickets to Pawan Kalyan's Ustaad Bhagat Singh instead.
