Kriti Sanon turned nostalgic on Saturday as she celebrated 12 years in the Hindi film industry with a sweet social media throwback spree. The actor re-shared a fan-page collage featuring several of her memorable on-screen avatars over the years, and wrote, "Wow! It's been 12 years since I entered this magical world of movies!" She also shared a clip from her debut film Heropanti (2014) having gol gappas.
Thalapathy Vijay's much-hyped swansong Jana Nayagan is still stuck waiting for CBFC clearance months after missing its Pongal release amid legal and political turbulence. Producer Venkat K Narayana said, "We're waiting for certificate to come. I am sure that they're going to give it anytime soon. We'll release at the earliest." The producer, who was visiting a temple, also celebrated Vijay's rise in politics, adding, "He has become Jana Nayagan of Tamil Nadu." Directed by H Vinoth, the film is expected to mark Vijay's final big-screen appearance before he dove into politics. Fans, however, are clearly tired of waiting.
Prakash Raj has wrapped up his schedule for the highly anticipated thriller Drishyam 3. Sharing a behind-the-scenes picture with a clapperboard on social media, the actor wrote, "Drishyam 3 Hindi: Just wrapped up a fantastic shoot with a wonderful team. I'm sure you'll love it too." Directed by Abhishek Pathak, the Ajay Devgn and Tabu-starrer went on floors in Goa last December and is slated for a theatrical release on October 2, Gandhi Jayanti. If the previous films are anything to go by, expect plenty of twists, lies, and perfectly timed alibis.
