Public access near Salman Khan's house restricted, police heighten security

As Salman Khan celebrates his 60th birthday with family and friends, security has been beefed up around his residence. Bandstand has been shut to the public, and fans are barred from gathering near his residence

Bollywood's very own Bhaijaan Salman Khan is celebrating his 60th birthday today. The superstar celebrated his birthday with close friends and family members at his Panvel farmhouse. Just like every year, his fans are going berserk to catch a glimpse of their favourite star and have gathered outside his residence. However, the security is tightened and fans are not allowed to go near his residence.

Security beefed up around Salman Khan's residence

As per reports, the whole Bandstand is shut down for public and security is heightened. A police officer said that they have orders from above to not let public go to bandstand or the bandra fort from 5 pm. No end time. Fans are not being allowed to go near Galaxy. This also comes in the wake of death threats actor has been receiving.

Battle of Galwan teaser unveiled on birthday

The teaser of Salman Khan's upcoming film Battle of Galwan has been unveiled on the occasion of 'Bhaijaan's' birthday. The film is based on the Galwan Valley clash between India and China in 2020, where 20 Indian soldiers lost their lives. Actor Chitrangda Singh has been paired opposite Salman in the film.

Taking to his Instagram account on Saturday, Salman Khan shared the teaser for the film. The teaser shows Salman playing an Indian Army officer. The teaser shows him in a serious and restrained look. The visuals show rough terrain, cold weather, and close combat scenes, giving a glimpse of the challenges faced by soldiers at high altitude.

A bash has been hosted at his Panvel farmhouse on the occasion of his birthday. Several well-known personalities from the film industry attended the celebration, including Bollywood stars Karisma Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt, Mahesh Manjrekar, Huma Qureshi, Tabu, Rakul Preet Singh, Jackky Bhagnani, and Anup Soni.

Also seen arriving were Aditya Roy Kapur, Pulkit Samrat, Zaheer Iqbal, Varun Sharma, Sangeeta Bijlani, Huma Qureshi and Juhi Babbar. Producers Nikhil Dwivedi and composer Sajid Ali were also spotted at the venue. Randeep Hooda arrived with his wife, Lin Laishram.

Salman stepped out for a brief moment to cut a cake with paparazzi, amidst heavy security around him. Salman's parents, Salim Khan and Salma Khan, arrived at the venue. His sister, Arpita Khan Sharma, and her husband, Aayush Sharma, were also seen joining the celebrations.
