Sunita Ahuja calls Govinda ‘sugar daddy’ for roaming with a girl his daughter's age

Govinda and Sunita Ahuja's marriage has been under the spotlight amid rumours of trouble, with the actor's alleged affair with Marathi actress Rani Swarnkar adding fuel to the speculation. In recent days, Govinda and Rani have been spotted together while promoting their upcoming film Roopa. Now, Sunita has reacted to their latest appearance, calling Govinda a "sugar daddy" and taking a dig at him for allegedly roaming around with a girl his daughter's age.

Earlier today, Govinda was spotted at the airport with his new heroine and rumoured love interest, Rani Swarnkar. The duo happily posed for the paparazzi outside, with Govinda even encouraging Rani to give the photographers some solo shots. Later, Sunita Ahuja was papped in the city, and the photographers asked her about Govinda promoting his upcoming film Roopa with Rani. She was quick to respond, "Picture banna bhi toh chaiye. Promotion hota hai picture banne ke baad. Kya bolne ka… Beti ki umar ki ladki ko leke ghoom raha hai, sharam toh aana chahiye thoda isko. (Promotions happen after making a film; they should shoot first. What can I say? She is his daughter's age, and he is hanging out with her. He should have some shame)."

She added, "Aur standard toh hona chahiye. Tumhara sugar daddy itna ameer hai, kapde toh dhang ke pehno. Hum log ko dekho, kya style mein chalte hai. Very bad, he's lost his mind. (There should at least be a standard. Your sugar daddy is so rich, at least wear proper clothes. Look at us, we have great style)."

Sunita on Govinda being called Cheater No. 1

Earlier, when Govinda was seen with Komal Rani, Sunita Ahuja questioned the actor's fans who called him Cheater No. 1. Sunita reacted, "Have you heard the proverb where they say, ‘Vinash Kaale, Vipreet Buddhi'? He has lost his buddhi. This is why he does these things. We can't tell anything. I want to question all Govinda fans who trolled me when I said he cheated on me. What do they have to tell me now? Don't ask me anything anymore. I am not interested."

Sunita has spoken about Govinda's alleged affairs on several occasions, including during her recent stint on Lock Upp. Reacting to her claims, Govinda told ANI, "She affectionately hurls abuses at me, and I just take it in stride. We simply wouldn't be who we are."
