BTS J-Hope has recently sold one of his houses! The star recently made the agreement and received a stunning 4.00 billion KRW! (Approx Rs 25 cr) Here's everything you need to know about the idol's property, which he purchased nearly nine years ago.

J-Hope bought a property in Seonsu-dong, Seoul, then sold it in March of this year for a total of 4 billion KRW! Nate News, a major K-media news outlet, reported that the star had previously purchased the estate for 1.26 billion to 1.36 billion KRW (Rs 8.6 cr).

According to the actual assessment of the house and the price at which it was sold years later, J-Hope made a total profit of 2.70 billion KRW. The Supreme Court's registry office records disclosed every detail regarding his Trimage residential unit, which was 84 square meters.

After reducing the capital gains tax of 1.04 billion KRW, the idol has officially increased his worth by 1.65 billion KRW (Rs 10.5 cr).

J-Hope's other properties

The rapper currently owns more than one property. He still owns a 152-square-meter unit in the Trimage complex, from which he sold this property. In addition, he has two units in Apelbaum Hangang in Seobinggo-dong, Yongsan.

J-Hope is now preoccupied with his solo activities; however, he will soon join the rest of the members in Los Angeles. The members will be in the United States for at least two months to concentrate on new music, as promised to their fans.
