About the film's plot

The story revolves around Veera Mallu, a warrior tasked with stealing the Kohinoor diamond from the Mughals to rescue a city from their oppression. Set in 1684, four years after Chhatrapati Shivaji's death, the narrative highlights the fight for Sanatana Dharma against Aurangzeb's tyranny, including his imposition of Jizya tax on Hindus for practicing their faith. The film emphasizes the resistance of Indian heroes against Mughal oppression, contrasting with the glorification of Mughal rulers in traditional narratives.

The film addresses the atrocities of Aurangzeb, such as the Jizya tax and oppression of Hindus, while celebrating Indian heroes like Chhatrapati Shivaji. It critiques the historical glorification of Mughal rulers in textbooks and highlights the looting of India's wealth, exemplified by the Kohinoor diamond's journey from Koti Lingala to London. The narrative has shifted to emphasize Sanatana Dharma and spiritual resistance over mere rebellion.
