The latest episode of Bigg Boss 20 sparked a discussion around ScoutOP's changing emotions and his bond with Lovepreet Gill. While his conversation with Yung DSA left viewers speculating about his feelings, ScoutOP's team has now clarified that their relationship is purely platonic and asked fans to appreciate their sibling-like bond.
Taking to X, formerly Twitter, ScoutOP's team shared a video where his conversation with Yung DSA can be seen, followed by a montage of him and Kaashvi. They captioned the clip, "The truth doesn't change just because a different narrative is being pushed. The complete picture may not be seen by everyone, but the reality remains the reality."
His team also shared a statement that read, "What we saw in the episode, what was actually discussed, and what has been picked up and interpreted by people seem to be three very different stories. The episode showed only glimpses of a much larger conversation, and in that process, certain moments seem to have been placed in a way that generates reaction and curiosity. Scout has always been clear that his love interest is not inside the house. More importantly, not every genuine connection needs to be romantic. Let's appreciate the bond for what it is and cheer for the sibling duo in the house." A number of people commented on the clip, with one coming out in support of ScoutOP.
In the recent episode of Bigg Boss 20, ScoutOP and Yung were seen discussing their feelings and how their attention towards their girlfriends outside the house had been decreasing. The two did not openly discuss the matter; instead, they wrote on the grass, trying to avoid certain words in their conversation. However, Bigg Boss provided subtitles, allowing viewers to follow the discussion.
ScoutOP opened up about how his time inside the Bigg Boss house was affecting his emotions. With Bigg Boss displaying the words "feelings," "distance," and "love," Scout admitted that he was beginning to think differently after spending so much time away from the outside world.
Scout revealed that he was starting to develop feelings for Lovepreet Gill and admitted that he was "kind of forgetting things outside." When Yung asked whether his feelings were "as a sister or as a friend," Scout said, "Yes, as a sister," while explaining that Lovepreet had initially been a friend before becoming like a sister to him. He said he realised that something had changed when he saw Lovepreet and Gullu together.
Yung then reminded Scout that whatever he has outside the house is real, while the relationships inside are part of a "fake world." He advised Scout to maintain some distance and not let the intense environment of the Bigg Boss house affect his real-life relationships.
