Gaurav Khanna's entry in Lock Upp as a visitor is creating buzz, especially after his estranged wife Akanksha Chamola announced their divorce. Amid this, Hina Khan and Rubina Dilaik, who recently appeared on a podcast together and discussed the couple's divorce, have been facing backlash online. The duo called out Gaurav and Akanksha during their chat and described their divorce as a ‘facade'. This has clearly not gone well with netizens.

What Hina Khan and Rubina Dilaik said

Rubina recently shared a promo of her upcoming podcast with Hina Khan and her husband, Rocky Jaiswal, where they discussed the controversies rocking the Indian TV space currently. They can be seen discussing Shilpa Shinde's controversy, and then jumping onto to Gaurav Khanna and Akanksha Chamola's divorce.

In the clip, Rubina Dilaik called out Gaurav Khanna for his a "good husband" image. She said, "Some people call themselves perfect! Achcha pati, achcha patni (Good husband, good wife)." Further talking about their divorce, Hina said, "Once Akanksha made it public, everything started circulating. If they had been apart for a year, then what was all this about? Only four or five months back, they were surprising one another and creating YouTube videos together."

Rubina added, "If they're living separately, then showing up in public as a married couple, that's just a facade." Rubina's husband, Abhinav Shukla, then smiled and said, "Just see the paradox! It's called a reality show!" Hina sarcastically reacted, saying, "Slow claps."

The caption of the post read, "Controversy is currency these days. But to Call it Out must also become Compulsory. We never fought for the Centre Stage, but we will definitely have the Final Mic Drop!"

Netizens slam Hina Khan and Rubina Dilaik

However, netizens immediately called out their remarks. The clip soon began circulating across social media chanells with many users calling out Rubina. Users even recalled Rubina and Abhinav's divorce buzz during Bigg Boss 14 and slammed her for talking about someone else's separation.

One user commented, "Ok so they are just gossiping about current masala news and roasting people, giving themselves clean chit woow!! interesting!! All of them have used reality shows for their own benefits and now they are preaching as saints"

Another wrote, "Not this expecting from rubina hina. Srsly? Moholle ki aunty type discussion show"!! Why!!!"

The discussions also continued on X, where one user pointed out, "Rubina and Abhinav also were on the verge of divorce story when they entered Bigg Boss. Hypocrisy," while another wrote, "These both chugli aunties are the most useless irritating insecure jealous with everyone."

One fan even wrote, "I will like to explain. I've always been a Hina Khan fan. And appreciated Rubina for her strength (though I haven't followed her work) It's just disappointing seeing two graceful women putting up a gossip session like this on YouTube to earn out of it. It's beneath them. And I would have taken offence to this kind of discussion no matter who they spoke about. I am not reacting to this only because of Gaurav Khanna. Because I am not the kind of fan who won't call a spade a spade even if it's my own favourite. Which Hina Khan has been. But maybe I am seeing a side of her I didn't ever see. And am disappointed."
