Shweta Tiwari has been grabbing attention for a while now. Earlier, it was due to ex-husband Raja Chaudhary's explosive statement, and now her much-awaited stint in The Traitors Season 2. The television actor of Kasautii Zindagii Kay fame is all set to participate in the reality show along with 20 contestants. However, ahead of the show's premiere on August 13, Shweta has been reportedly diagnosed with dengue. The health update has left her fans worried.
According to a report by paparazzo Viral Bhayani, Shweta Tiwari has been diagnosed with dengue. The actress has been hospitalised for treatment of the same and is currently under medical care.
Following the health update, Shweta's fans have been expressing thier concern and wishes for her well-being online. Many have also wished her a speedy recovery.
Shweta Tiwari is all set to participate in The Traitors 2, hosted by Karan Johar. The actress's appearance in the show's recent promos grabbed attention due to her explosive remarks. In the trailer, Karan said, "You can't be that good at catching a liar." To this she responded, "Apne patiyon ko cheat karte huye maine hi pakda tha" (I caught my husbands cheating on me).
Meanwhile, Shweta Tiwari's former husband, Raja Chaudhary, recently stirred controversy by making explosive claims about their marriage. He accused Shweta of having multiple affairs during their relationship and alleged that he personally caught her with actor Cezanne Khan.
Claiming to have seen Shweta and Cezanne together, Raja said, "I caught her with Cezanne Khan with my own eyes." He further alleged that their closeness was one of the factors that led to the breakdown of their marriage. According to him, he chose not to speak publicly about the matter for years despite repeated allegations made against him.
Raja also alleged, "People only heard one side of the story. Nobody ever wanted to know what I went through."
Shweta Tiwari is known for shows such as Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Parvarrish and Mere Dad Ki Dulhan. She has also participated in reality shows previously, including Bigg Boss, Nach Baliye and Mujhe Jungle Se Bachao. She further expanded her range with action-oriented projects, such as Rohit Shetty's Indian Police Force and Singham Again.
