For everything that he can play and sing, American singer-songwriter Jon Batiste chose to play 'Bambai Meri Jaan' as a clear tribute to Mumbai through one of its most iconic songs mid-way through his performance.

It all happened while he was playing 'You Are My Sunshine when he smoothly shifted to the classic tune on his melodica, instantly pulling the audience into a joyous sing-along.

The performance, held on November 26 and produced and promoted by BookMyShow Live, turned into one of the evening's most unexpected and memorable moments.
