Five Indian Army personnel are missing after a flash flood swept away two shelters at an Army camp in Arunachal Pradesh's Dibang Valley district, while four labourers were killed in a landslide at a road construction site in Upper Subansiri district, officials said on Saturday, reported the IANS.
Both incidents took place late on Friday evening after heavy rainfall in parts of the state.
A flash flood swept away two shelters at the 5th Grenadier's Pasu Pani Army Camp in Dibang Valley, according to officials from the State Emergency Operations Centre, the news agency reported.
Seven personnel were reportedly washed away in the incident. Two were rescued, while five remain missing.

According to the IANS, Personnel from the 58th Battalion of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), the 62 RCC of the General Reserve Engineer Force, Arunachal Pradesh Police and local volunteers are also assisting in the operation.
A State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) team from Pasighat is being sent to Anini to support the search and rescue effort.
In a separate incident, a major landslide hit the Keojaring-Byaching road construction site in Upper Subansiri district.
Several workers were buried under the debris and four people were killed, officials said.
The deceased have been identified as Tadu Baki, Taji Rai, Markosh Basumatari and Babul Ali.
The body of Babul Ali has been recovered, according to the district disaster management officer.
Personnel from Nacho Police Station are involved in the search and recovery operation.
Fire and Emergency Services teams from Daporijo and the SDRF are also being mobilised to assist.
An SDRF team is scheduled to travel from Ziro to Daporijo before proceeding to Nacho. The team will coordinate with the Officer-in-Charge of Nacho Police Station and will be assisted by a local guide from Daporijo.
Authorities are coordinating the efforts of different agencies to ensure that the search and rescue operations are carried out safely and effectively.
The two incidents occurred amid heavy rainfall in several parts of Arunachal Pradesh.
The rain has triggered flash floods and landslides in parts of the state, creating difficulties for rescue and relief teams, particularly in remote areas.
Authorities and emergency agencies continue to monitor the situation and carry out search, rescue and recovery operations, as per the IANS.
