Karnataka Cabinet expanded as 19 new ministers take oath

The Karnataka Cabinet, led by Chief Minister DK Shivakumar, was expanded with the induction of 19 new ministers. The swearing-in ceremony saw several Congress legislators join the state Cabinet in a major organisational reshuffle aimed at strengthening the government

The Karnataka Cabinet, led by Chief Minister DK Shivakumar, inducted 19 new ministers on Monday.

The Congress legislators, who were sworn-in as ministers, are PM Narendraswamy, Shivaraj Tangadagi, Rudrappa Lamani, KS Basavanthappa, B Nagendra, T Raghumurthy, BZ Zameer Ahmed Khan, Rizwan Arshad, Santosh Lad, Madhu Bangarappa, Putturangashetty, and SS Mallikarjun Ajay Singh, among others.
