Pakistan has shared with the US a revised proposal from Iran to end the conflict in West Asia, a Pakistani source told Reuters on Monday, as peace talks appeared to remain stalled. "We don't have much time," the source said, when asked if it would take time to close gaps, adding that both countries "keep changing their goalposts".

A drone strike caused a fire at a nuclear power plant in the UAE on Sunday, while Saudi Arabia reported intercepting three drones, as US President Donald Trump warned that Iran must act "fast" after efforts to end the US-Israeli war with Iran appeared to have stalled.

On Sunday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Trump discussed renewing of fighting against Iran over phone. The US is expected to carry out attacks jointly with Israel if the war resumes.
