India on Thursday unveiled their squads for the upcoming women's white-ball tour of England, which is set to begin on June 28. Skipper Harmanpreet Kaur will captain both the T20I and ODI sides for the series.
Notably, pacer Renuka Singh and all-rounder Shreyanka Patil have been left out of the squads, marking their absence as one of the key talking points ahead of the tour.

The tour will comprise five T20 Internationals and three One-Day Internationals, with the opening T20I scheduled to be held at Nottingham on June 28. The T20I series will conclude with the fifth and final match at Birmingham on July 12.
Following the T20Is, the ODI leg of the series will begin on July 16 at Southampton. The three-match series will wrap up with the final game at Chester-le-Street on July 22.
Team India head into the England tour in good form, having clinched the ODI tri-nation series in Colombo, which also featured Sri Lanka and South Africa. In the final against Sri Lanka, Smriti Mandhana's scintillating 116-run knock helped India post a formidable total of 342/7. The bowling unit, led by Sneh Rana (4/38) and Amanjot Kaur (3/48), ensured a comprehensive victory by bowling out Sri Lanka for 245 in 48.2 overs.
