Carrom: Dominant Mantra Harpale wins MSSA U-12 carrom title in Mumbai

Mantra Harpale of Universal High School (Dahisar) was in blistering form as he clinched the boys U-12 title in the Dream Sports Mumbai School Sports Association (MSSA) inter-school carrom tournament at Central Railway Officer's Club, Matunga, on Friday. Bodhi Kamble of IES VN (Dadar) won the girls U-12 title.

Harpale dominated Mihir Nagda of Omkar International School (Dahisar) 19-0 while Bodhi beat Shreya Dedhia of CNM School (Vile Parle) 11-2.

In the boys U-16 final, Vedanth Rane of Universal High School (Dahisar) beat Kunj Shah of Kapoli Vidyanidhi International School (Kandivli) 18-4, while in the girls final Aayushi Mansukh of Omkar Cambridge International School (Dombivli) beat Rishita Deshmukh of Universal High School (Dahisar) 20-0.

In the boys U-14 final, Shrinath Shinde of IES VN Sule (Dadar) beat Veer Pathare of IES Modern English School 13-9. In the girls U-14 final, Gauri Sawant of JB Vachha (Dadar) stormed to a 20-0 win over Dhriti Rai of CNM School (Vile Parle).
