Team India's skipper Shubman Gill gets Royal invite to Wimbledon 2026

Test and ODI skipper Shubman Gill has joined an elite list of Indian cricketers to get an invitation to watch Wimbledon from the Royal Box.

Gill, 26, will be the fourth Indian captain after Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma to enter the Royal Box at SW19.

Gill, who is currently with the Indian team in England for the upcoming three-match ODI series (July 14, 16, 19), also witnessed the F1 British GP at the Silverstone Circuit last Sunday.
