Rafael Nadal needed tequila shots to shoot with Shakira!

Tennis legend Rafael Nadal was known to make most opponents nervous with racquet in hand, but on one occasion he himself was a bundle of nerves against a rather unusual ‘opponent.'

Nadal has revealed that he was extremely nervous while facing the camera to shoot some steamy scenes with pop star Shakira for the music video of her famous 2010 track Gypsy."I remember when I went to do the music video with Shakira. I had to ask for a bottle of tequila to drink a few shots to relax a bit," Nadal, a 22-time Grand-Slam winner, said in the latest episode of his documentary RAFA.

In the video that went on to receive a whopping 64 million views on YouTube, a shirtless Nadal can be seen canoodling with Shakira. The video ends with the couple sharing a passionate kiss on a beach. Nadal did the video after winning three Grand Slams in a year (French Open, Wimbledon, and US Open), but he admits he was not used to the media frenzy that followed. "It was a media frenzy, but I've never liked being the centre of attention," said Nadal.
