Customs beat Mumbai Port Authority 9-8 via tie-breaker while CTC Red beat CTC White 8-3

Bombay Customs and CTC Red stormed into the final of the 45th Willingdon Catholic Gymkhana rink hockey tournament at Santacruz recently.

Customs beat Mumbai Port Authority 9-8 via tie-breaker while CTC Red beat CTC White 8-3.

Nikhil Pardesi, Jayesh Jadhav, Vinay Walmiki and Dharambir Yadav scored twice, while Hemant Ghete scored once for Customs. For MPA, Nitish Sharma scored four, Hari Rana scored twice, while Atharva Kamble and Laxmikant Kawla scored one each. Aditya Rasal netted a hat-trick, Pranav Amin scored a brace, while Govind Nag, Raj Patil and Ajay Naidu scored one each for CTC Red. For CTC White, Manpreet Singh, Yuvraj Walmiki and Roshan Kesham netted one goal each.
