Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma was at his candid best as he spoke with Radio City's RJ Sucharita about his upcoming film 'Sarkar 3', working with Yami Gautam and Amitabh Bachchan, box office numbers and the controversy surrounding the movie's release.
While in conversation with RGV and Yami Gautam, the duo spilled the beans on Yami's terrific image transformation from 'cute' and 'bubbly' girl to an intense woman set on a mission to avenge her father's death in 'Sarkar 3'.

So how did <a title="Ram Gopal Varma" href="http://www.mid-day.com/search/ram-gopal-varma-all" target="_blank">Ram Gopal Varma</a> convince <a title="Yami Gautam" href="http://www.mid-day.com/search/yami-gautam-all" target="_blank">Yami Gautam</a> to take up a role drastically different than any of her earlier films?
Yami Gautam said, "He (Ram Gopal Varma) just told me one line: 'Let's just bid goodbye to the 'fair and lovely' thing that you have'."
Ram Gopal Varma added, "One wouldn't expect to see Yami like that... You will be shocked to see the new avatar of Yami (in 'Sarkar 3')"

While urging fans to go and watch '<a title="Sarkar 3" href="http://www.mid-day.com/search/sarkar-3-all" target="_blank">Sarkar 3</a>', Ram Gopal Varma said in jest, "If you didn't like the movie, too bad, I already have your money."
That's not all. RGV, in a no-holds-barred interview, also answered a question on his controversial tweets. On being asked if he has ever been told to not rant on Twitter and why he doesn't listen to anyone, Ram Gopal Varma joked and said, "I don't listen to anyone. Ever since my mom dropped me on my head when I was 2 years old. It's my mom's fault, not mine."
Ram Gopal Varma recently drew the ire of Twitterati with his tweets on <a title="Tiger Shroff" href="http://www.mid-day.com/search/tiger-shroff-all" target="_blank">Tiger Shroff</a> and <a title="Sunny Leone" href="http://www.mid-day.com/search/sunny-leone-all" target="_blank">Sunny Leone</a>.

On the eve of International Women's Day, Ram Gopal Varma created a storm of sorts on Twitter with his tweet, "I wish all the women in the world give men as much happiness as Sunny Leone gives (sic)."

'Sarkar 3' apparently got into a <a title="Amitabh Bachchan's 'Sarkar 3' in legal battle" href="http://www.mid-day.com/articles/bollywood-news-amitabh-bachchan-sarkar-3-legal-battle-ram-gopal-varma/18218178" target="_blank">legal trouble</a> after Narendra Hirawat &amp; Co filed a case against the makers of the film. The makers have denied the claims.
'Sarkar 3' is the third part of the 'Sarkar' franchise and is scheduled to release on May 12.
The first instalment of the franchise was titled 'Sarkar', which released on July 1, 2005. It was followed by the release of 'Sarkar Raj' on June 6, 2008.
