Bollywood actor Imran Khan is now a father. On Monday morning, Imran&rsquo;s wife, Avantika Malik, delivered a baby girl at a suburban hospital.

Says a source, "Both Imran and Avantika&rsquo;s families are really happy. Everyone is excited about the newborn. Both the baby and the mother are doing fine.&rdquo;
It seems that Imran has been a hands-on husband as he took care of Avantika&rsquo;s needs, whims and fancies all through her pregnancy. &ldquo;Imran was so excited about the child&rsquo;s arrival that he did not take up any new project in the meantime. Now that the baby is here, he is expected to resume work after a month or two,&rdquo; says a source close to the actor.
Imran remained unavailable for comment.
